My Approach
I practice as a health psychologist, specializing in the psychological aspects of medical conditions. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies tailored to the unique challenges faced by those living with chronic illness.
Rather than treating the medical condition in isolation, I focus on the whole person: how the diagnosis affects identity, relationships, work, and daily functioning. Together, we develop strategies that honor both the realities of your condition and your goals for living well.
I believe patients deserve mental health providers who truly understand their medical journey. That's why I built Find Empathy, a continuing education platform that helps therapists learn more about their patients' medical conditions so they can offer better, more informed care.
